Salmon Ceviche

Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Barbecue sauce to taste
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • White Part of Leek 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet into small slices.

Step 2

For the marinade, place the salmon slices in a bowl, season well with black pepper, add a pinch of sugar, lemon juice (make sure to coat the fish well), a little soy sauce, and 2 drops of TABASCO sauce.

Step 3

Chop the ginger and leek, add everything to the bowl, then add 2 cloves of garlic and a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 4

Marinate for as long as you like, but no less than 15 minutes. The fish should be light in color.
