  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Miso Paste 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz

  • Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
  • Smoked cheese sauce 0 oz
  • Popcorn 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the sauce, mix all ingredients, blend, and strain.

Step 2

Freeze the salmon as for carpaccio, then slice thinly before serving.

Step 3

Arrange the carpaccio on a plate (50 g per serving).

Step 4

Drizzle with sauce to taste, sprinkle with smoked mozzarella and popcorn prepared in the microwave using a standard home method.
