Ingredients

  • Nut Bread 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 1 piece
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the tomato butter, take room temperature butter, add the tomato paste, and mix thoroughly with a fork until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 2

Cut circles from the black (or white) bread, spread them with the tomato butter, and place the salted salmon on top.

Step 3

Mash the boiled egg yolk with a fork, add a little butter (to bind), salt, pepper, shape into balls the size of large black currants, and place them on top of the red fish.
