Salmon and Mascarpone Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 1 jar
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread mascarpone (about 125 grams) over the entire sheet of lavash.
Step 2
Place the lettuce evenly over the entire sheet.
Step 3
Add the salmon (it should be thinly sliced) over the entire sheet of lavash.
Step 4
In a blender, blend the olives with the remaining mascarpone until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Spread the olive paste and tightly roll it up. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the roll into small pieces.
