Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 30 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Dill 2 bunches

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the dill, dry it, and chop it finely. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it thoroughly with the cream cheese, breaking up any lumps with a spoon.

Step 2

Using a very sharp knife with a wide blade, slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces.

Step 3

Place a large sheet of foil on the work surface. Lay the salmon slices on it so that they slightly overlap.

Step 4

Sprinkle the salmon with a uniform layer of dill.

Step 5

Spread the mixture of feta and cream cheese over the salmon. Carefully distribute it across the entire surface.

Step 6

Roll it up into a log. Wrap it in foil and place it in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours. Remove the foil from the roll and cut it into serving pieces.
