Salmon and Avocado Tartare
Ingredients
- Hot smoked pink salmon 5 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and also cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Cut a wedge of lemon.
Step 4
Transfer the avocado to a small bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the cream cheese.
Step 6
Dress with olive oil.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add the fish.
Step 9
Mix thoroughly.
Step 10
Transfer to a deep bowl and serve.
