Salami Pizza with Three Cheeses and Herbes de Provence
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Spicy salami 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 6 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Swiss Cheese 0 oz
- Marjoram 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the yeast dough using a sponge method in double quantity. Roll out 4 equal circles.
Step 2
Grate the hard cheese, then mix it with marjoram and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cut the salami into cubes, mix with 2 tablespoons of Swiss cheese and cream cheese.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet and place the dough circles on it. Brush the dough with oil. Divide the filling into 4 parts and place each on one half of the circle. Cover with the other half. Seal the edges of the dough tightly.
Step 5
Brush the pizza with the remaining oil and spread the crushed tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with herbs.
Step 6
Place in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.
