This salad is served with all meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients
- Eel 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the lettuce, then chop it and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Hard-boiled eggs should be sliced thinly and mixed with the sour cream and vinegar dressing.
Step 3
Just before serving, dress the salad with the sour cream sauce and eggs, place it in a serving bowl, surround it with slices of fresh cucumbers, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley.
