Ingredients

  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Radish 7 pieces
  • Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 spoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise 3 spoons
  • 20% Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the shrimp for 1 minute in boiling water, rinse them under cold water, and then drain in a colander.

Step 2

Tear the lettuce leaves by hand, then slice the radishes and green onions.

Step 3

Place the shrimp, onion, and radish in a salad bowl.

Step 4

Prepare the omelette by mixing eggs, grated cheese, and cream, then fry the omelette in butter on both sides.

Step 5

Cool it down and cut it into small cubes or strips. Add to the salad.

Step 6

For the dressing, mix mayonnaise with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour over the salad, and toss to combine.
