Ingredients

  • Saffron a pinch
  • Natural Yogurt 10 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
  • Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
  • Broccoli 10 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the broccoli in salted water until al dente. Cool in ice to preserve the green color.

Step 2

Soak a pinch of saffron in half a glass of boiling water and let it steep for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Blend a couple of packs of natural yogurt, two cloves of garlic, the juice of one lemon, fifty grams of olive oil, and the saffron infusion in boiling water. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and mix them with the yogurt sauce.

Step 5

Tear the leaves of fresh basil and measure out a handful of pine nuts.

Step 6

Pour the sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with basil leaves and pine nuts.
