- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ teaspoons
- Garlic 1 clove

In a small saucepan, bring the water with saffron to a boil. Remove from heat, stir, and let sit for 15 minutes until the saffron imparts its color and aroma.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Slowly add the saffron water while whisking. Cover and refrigerate.
