Ingredients

  • Ground coriander 0 oz
  • Onion ½ heads
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dry adjika a pinch
  • Uchiko Suneli a pinch
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Basil 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beans (long Georgian beans are best for this purpose) into large pieces and boil them for about twenty minutes after the water starts to boil. Let them cool.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in sunflower oil with a small amount of water added.

Step 3

Grind the walnuts twice through a meat grinder, then mix them with the onions, add finely chopped herbs, minced garlic, adjika, and ucho-suneli. Pour in the wine vinegar and combine everything well with the beans. If desired, add salt.
