- King Prawns 30 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 spoons

Boil the shrimp for 3–5 minutes. Then peel them.
Step 2
Place the necks in a skillet, sauté them lightly, then pour in the sauce (sour cream + water).
Step 3
Add sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 4
Simmer until the sauce reduces.
Step 5
Garnish with herbs and lemon wedges.
