- King Prawns 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Arugula 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp from their shells, make a longitudinal cut on the back, and remove the digestive tract.
Step 2
Prepare a marinade from salt, minced garlic, paprika, and lemon juice. Marinate the shrimp for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the bacon into thin long slices. Wrap the shrimp tails in bacon.
Step 4
Skewer the shrimp to maintain their round shape. Sauté in a hot skillet with vegetable oil for about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Prepare the garnish. Sauté halved cherry tomatoes in vegetable oil. Wash the arugula, dry it with a paper towel, and chop.
