Description
This sauce is great with poultry, ham, and other cold meats.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Roquefort cheese 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crumble the Roquefort cheese into a bowl and mix it with the olive oil, then add the vinegar and salt. Transfer everything to a blender and blend. Then return the sauce to the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Before serving, if the sauce is too thick, add cream and stir.
