Melt the butter in a saucepan and heat it until it turns a brownish color.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add the flour, milk, and salt, and mix. Pour in the sunflower oil and melted butter, and mix again.
Step 3
Cook thin pancakes in a non-stick skillet and let them cool.
