- Red drum fish 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Dill 2 sprigs
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fish Oil to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Red Caviar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove bones from the fish, add spices, dill, and lemon juice. Blend everything together.
Step 2
Spread the resulting mixture on the lavash, roll it up, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Leave in the refrigerator. Slice the roll and garnish with dill and caviar.
