Description

In my opinion, nothing else is needed: no greens, no salad. The cucumber provides the necessary juiciness, the fish adds its spicy flavor, and the cheese nicely soaks into the salad.

Ingredients

  • Chopped Green Onions 5 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Armenian Lavash 1 piece
  • Courgette 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the avocado, cut it into thin long slices about 3–4 cm long and 0.5 mm wide.

Step 2

Take the lightly salted trout (or salmon), and cut it into thin long pieces (just like the cucumbers).

Step 3

Lay the lavash on the table and spread it with cream cheese. The tastiest cheese is with herbs.

Step 4

Then, place the pieces of fish and slices of avocado on the lavash in order. Leave a little space from the edges so that the roll doesn't fall apart and is easy to cut (as shown in the photo).

Step 5

Roll the lavash into a roll. Cut into pieces and arrange on a plate.
