
Rolls with Red Fish

Description
Optionally, you can mix soy sauce with wasabi and dip the rolls in it.
Ingredients
- Dried Nori Seaweed 10 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Courgette 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Rice 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until it becomes a porridge.
Step 2
Spread the rice in a thin layer over the seaweed sheets, covering the entire surface.
Step 3
Cut the cucumber, fish, and crab sticks into long strips, the width of the seaweed.
Step 4
Mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce.
Step 5
Place a strip of cucumber and a strip of crab stick (or fish) on the rice, spread the prepared sauce, and roll it up. Repeat for each sheet.
Step 6
Cut the resulting rolls into portions.
