Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Canned Saira 1 can
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Melt the margarine in a pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix well.
Step 4
Add the milk and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
Step 5
Remove from heat, season with spices, and let cool.
Step 6
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 7
Add the yolks to the mixture; in another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mixture.
Step 8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly.
Step 9
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to parchment.
Step 10
For the filling, mix the chopped fish, cream, sour cream, and a bit of spices.
Step 11
Spread the filling evenly over the batter and roll it up.
Step 12
Cut into pieces and garnish with dill.
