
Roasted Vegetable Side Dish

Description
You can cook the vegetables together or separately; there are many options.
Ingredients
- Courgette 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 6 pieces
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mushroom seasoning to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare and wash the vegetables.
Step 2
Cut off the ends of the zucchini and slice them crosswise into three or four pieces (depending on their size).
Step 3
Then make a crosswise cut on each piece from one side.
Step 4
Pierce or cut the bell peppers on one side.
Step 5
Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes, just like the zucchini, from the stem side.
Step 6
Next, place the vegetables in a baking dish with the cuts facing up.
Step 7
Take the vegetable seasoning.
Step 8
Gently open the cuts in the vegetables with your fingers, sprinkle with salt and seasoning; this is easy to do by slightly opening the cuts.
Step 9
If the cut on the peppers has closed, pierce it again with a knife.
Step 10
Then pour water into the baking tray (100–150 ml, depending on the size of the dish) to prevent the vegetables from burning.
Step 11
Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 355°F.
Step 12
After the allotted time, the vegetables are ready.
