Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 480°F.
Step 2
Peel the turnips and cut them into small wedges. Place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and nutmeg, drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Then sprinkle with Parmesan and mix again.
Step 4
Spread in a single layer and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally.
