Ingredients
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 205°F.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut side down on 2 large baking sheets.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and olive oil and drizzle over the tomatoes.
Step 4
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and place them in the oven for 6-8 hours (the tomatoes should shrink in size but maintain their shape). Let cool.
