Roasted Pepper Dip with Ginger
Ingredients
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Green onion tops 1 piece
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 teaspoons
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Graham Crackers 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the chopped peppers, minced garlic, grated ginger root, deseeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper, finely chopped green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
While continuing to blend, add the crackers until the dip reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
