- Garlic 6 heads
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Pine nuts 5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Cumin 0 oz
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preparation method: cut off the top of the garlic heads and place them in a pan, drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper, and chopped cumin.
Step 2
Cover with aluminum foil and roast in the oven at 345°F for 30 minutes, or until the garlic is fully cooked. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
For serving, use a wooden board. Arrange the tomatoes, pine nuts, garlic, and finally, goat cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Done!
Step 4
Serve with crusty bread and red wine.
