  • Garlic 2 heads
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Cut off the tops of the heads slightly to expose the cloves, wrap each in foil, and place on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 1 hour, until the flesh is soft. Let cool in the foil.

Step 4

In a small bowl, squeeze the flesh from the cloves.

Step 5

You can add butter and salt to the paste.
