Roasted Garlic Dip with Yogurt
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 heads
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt powder 5 tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Separate the garlic into cloves and, without peeling, spread them on a small baking sheet.
Step 2
Drizzle the garlic with olive oil so that it is covered on all sides.
Step 3
Place in the oven for 20–30 minutes, until the garlic feels soft when pressed with a fork.
Step 4
Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Peel the garlic from the skin and trim the hard tips where the roots grow.
Step 6
Season with salt and mash with a fork until it reaches a puree-like consistency.
Step 7
Add mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
