- Broccoli 20 oz
- Cauliflower 0 lbs
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stem into thin slices. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Slice the lemons into thin rounds.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 480°F.
Step 3
On two baking sheets, arrange the cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, and lemons. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until tender and golden, about 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
