- Cauliflower 1 head
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dried Chamomile 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with marjoram, salt, and pepper. Toss and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes until tender and golden.
Step 3
Drizzle the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan. Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes.
