Ingredients
- Carrot 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Rosemary 2 sprigs
- Canola Oil 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Canned White Beans 15 oz
- Ground coriander 1½ teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
Step 2
Combine the carrot, garlic, and rosemary with canola oil, add salt and pepper; spread on a baking sheet and roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a food processor; remove the rosemary. Add the beans, ground coriander, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
