
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Description
You can sprinkle the sprouts with grated Parmesan cheese and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Place the cabbage heads in a heatproof skillet and toss them with minced garlic. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Place in the oven for 20 minutes, then stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes. The cabbage should be golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
Step 4
Season again and serve.
