Description
The beets should be small in size, about 5 pieces.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 20 oz
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Wrap each beet in a piece of foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until tender (cooking time depends on size).
Step 3
Remove from the oven and let cool in the foil.
Step 4
Then peel.
Step 5
You can sprinkle with grated ginger, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
