Roasted Beetroot with Ricotta
Ingredients
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Black Currant Jam 0 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash the beetroot or peel it using a vegetable peeler.
Step 3
Wrap the beetroot in foil and roast in the oven for about an hour.
Step 4
Allow the roasted beetroot to cool slightly and cut it into wedges.
Step 5
Place the beetroot on a plate, and top it with lingonberry jam.
Step 6
Add dollops of ricotta on top.
