Roasted Asparagus with Brazil Nuts and White Wine
Ingredients
- Asparagus 30 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Brazil Nuts 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
Place the asparagus on the foil and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and roast until tender for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus, roughly chopped nuts, and pour in the wine. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve on plates.
