- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces and lightly sauté in olive oil. Add halved cherry tomatoes and Herbes de Provence, and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
Cook the rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Mix with the salmon and tomato sauce.
Step 3
Plate everything and sprinkle with feta cheese.
