  • Ricotta cheese 10 oz
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla 1½ g
  • Fresh Berries 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients.

Step 2

Place into molds for pancakes.

Step 3

Put on a skillet, previously greased with butter.

Step 4

Fry in the skillet on both sides for 15-20 seconds.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 355°F.

Step 6

Serve with berries.
