Ingredients
- Parboiled and wild rice blend 1 cup
- Water 2½ cups
- Salt to taste
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, cover it with cold water, and add salt. Add butter.
Step 2
Cook over medium heat. After 10 minutes of boiling, remove from heat without opening the lid and wrap it in something warm.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, open the pot and stir.
