Rice Pudding with Peach
Ingredients
- Rice 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Stevia Extract 0 fl oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Starch film ½ tablespoon
- Vanillin a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice well and pour 2/3 of the hot milk over it.
Step 2
Place the rice to cook on low heat. When it boils, add the stevia.
Step 3
Cook the rice, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes until it is soft.
Step 4
Pour the remaining milk into a separate bowl, add the yolk and starch. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the egg-milk-starch mixture into the cooked rice and add a little vanillin or vanilla sugar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Cut the peach into small pieces (save some peach for decoration).
Step 7
Mix the cooled pudding with the peaches and distribute it into portioned molds, then place in the refrigerator to set.
Step 8
Before serving, garnish with sliced peach.
