- Apple 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Rice 5 oz
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar Syrup 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pre-cook the rice. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Cut the apple into small pieces, mix with cinnamon (1 g) and sugar.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients for the coconut rice: cooked rice, coconut milk, syrup, and 1 g of cinnamon. You can use date syrup or agave syrup.
Step 5
Let it sit for 15 minutes so the rice absorbs the coconut milk.
Step 6
Serve the rice on plates. Garnish with the baked apples.
