  • Milk 2 glasses
  • Sugar 3 spoons

  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Butter 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the rinsed rice in boiling water for 10 minutes. After that, drain the water, then pour hot milk over the rice, add salt, and cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Then add sugar, eggs, and raisins, mix everything well, transfer to a greased and breadcrumb-coated frying pan or pot, and bake.

Step 3

Transfer the finished pudding onto a serving dish, cut it into portions, and serve with a fruit and berry sauce.
