Rice porridge with milk
Ingredients
- Rice 1 glass
- Milk 4 glasses
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ¼ spoons

Step 1
Rinse the rice, add it to boiling water, and cook for 5–8 minutes, then drain in a colander or sieve.
Step 2
Once the water has drained, transfer the rice to a pot with hot milk and cook over low heat, stirring, for 15 minutes. Then add sugar and salt, mix well, cover with a lid, and let it steam for 10–15 minutes in a water bath.
Step 3
When serving, you can add butter to the porridge. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
