Rice Porridge with Lemon, Jam, and Rum

Ingredients
- Rice 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chili jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, add it to boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Mix the milk with 200 ml of water, add the rice, and cook until done.
Step 3
Transfer the porridge to a deep pot and let it cool.
Step 4
Add the powdered sugar, lemon zest, and rum.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a greased mold and let it chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
Step 6
Before serving, drizzle with jam.
