
Rice Porridge with Creamy Milk

Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 25 fl oz
- Cherry 15 oz
- Raw cane sugar 4 spoons
- Aloe with honey 5 oz
- Unsweetened cherry juice 5 fl oz
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cherries and remove the pits.
Step 2
Pour in cherry juice, add aloe with honey, and stir. Leave to marinate overnight.
Step 3
Cook the rice over low heat until it's partially cooked, then add sugar.
Step 4
Add melted butter and 4 tablespoons of pickled cherries to the saucepan with the rice.
Step 5
Gently stir and cook until the rice is fully cooked.
Step 6
Add butter to the cooked porridge and stir everything again.
Step 7
Serve the porridge onto plates.
Step 8
Garnish with cherries.
Step 9
Lightly drizzle the aloe with honey and serve.
