Ingredients
- Boiled White Round Rice 5 oz
- Birch sap 10 fl oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Honey to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 285°F.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into cubes about 1 cm on each side, drizzle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Rinse the rice and place it in a pot.
Step 4
Pour birch juice over the rice.
Step 5
Cover the pot with foil, and place the pot with rice and the baking sheet with carrots in the oven for 30 minutes. Wait for the porridge to steam.

Chop the hazelnuts coarsely.
