Rice Porridge
Ingredients
- Milk ¾ ml
- Rice 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Butter 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the sorted rice and add it to boiling water (½ cup) and cook until partially cooked. Add part of the milk and continue cooking until the rice is ready.
Step 2
Pass the cooked rice through a sieve, dilute with the remaining milk, add salt, sugar, and bring to a boil again, breaking it up with a spatula or spoon.
Step 3
Before serving, add butter to the porridge.
