Step 1
Rinse the rice and place it in boiling salted water, stirring, and cook for 20–25 minutes. Let the thickened porridge sit to steam.
Step 2
You can add sugar and eggs to the cooked porridge, mix well, let it cool, then shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with butter.
Step 3
Serve the patties with fruit jelly, sour cream, butter, and milk sauce.
