Ingredients
- Rice 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cooked Ham 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in salted water (15 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
Step 3
Drain the rice in a sieve, rinse it with cold water, and let it drain.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the rice, chopped ham, and minced parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and ground sweet paprika.
Step 5
Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the mixture over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Cut into portions and garnish with lemon and parsley.
