- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz

Step 1
Cook the rice in 250 ml of water for two minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Open the lid and let the rice sit for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the rice to a bowl, drizzle with sushi vinegar, and mix with chopsticks. This will yield approximately 450 grams of rice.
Step 4
Rinse 175 grams of sushi rice in a sieve under cold running water until the water runs clear.
