  • Strawberry 10 oz

  • Condensed Milk 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice, pour it with 2 liters of boiling water, add salt, and cook on low heat until half-cooked.

Step 2

Drain the rice in a colander or sieve, rinse with boiled water, return it to the pot, add melted butter, and finish cooking under a lid in a preheated oven.

Step 3

Add sugar to the cooked porridge to taste.

Step 4

Wash the strawberries, remove the caps, and cut each berry into 4 pieces.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 6

Mix the cooked porridge with strawberries and condensed milk, beat in the eggs, transfer to a saucepan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve the casserole on individual plates, garnished with strawberries.
