Ingredients
- Boiled White Round Rice 1 cup
- Milk 3½ cups
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Margarine 1 tablespoon
- Raisins 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice and milk to make a thick porridge, adding salt.
Step 2
Cool the porridge, then add the butter whipped with sugar and the egg yolks.
Step 3
Mix the resulting mass with vanilla sugar, raisins, and the egg whites whipped to a stiff peak.
Step 4
Wash the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, layer half of the prepared mixture, place the apple slices on top, and cover with the remaining rice mixture.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 40–60 minutes.
